If anyone is aware of any BOATS or UCRs that could do with a bit of work - (nothing too major as we will only be permitted to use hand tools) - ideally general cutting back, digging out ditches etc. please can you send details to with as much info as possible -- grid ref, photos, notes, - We can then arrange to get them recce’d and onto the list. We need as many volunteers as possible to try and get some positive PR and make a bit of an impact on the projects that we pick. Those people that were involved in the projects at St Martins, Richards Castle, or Sarn Helen, will know the kind of difference that can be made if enough people turn up. The idea would be to make an early start and try and get the projects completed with a bit of time left over to do some laning. First Aid Cover We especially need to ensure that we have adequate first aid cover on each project, therefore anyone with Approved First Aid Training within the past 3 years should make that information known so that they can be deployed where they will be of most use. Please keep your eye on the website (www.crag-uk.org) as we’ll be posting information about proposed projects on there. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE ABLE TO HELP OUT WITH THIS – EVEN IF IT’S ONLY FOR A FEW HOURS – AND PLEASE NOMINATE SOME LANES IF YOU CAN |
