I you don't want to join on-line you need to download a membership form and fill it in. Then either email the form using the 'Submit by Email' button on the form, or send your completed form with your subscription payment to the address printed on the bottom of the application form, or give it to your Regional Team Leader with your subscription payment as cash or cheque.
