| How will CRAG protect my rights? |

The primary activities of CRAG will be aimed at building lasting relationships with highways and  RoW authorities so that over timepartnerships can be formed. In this way we would anticipate that we would generally be consulted by such authorities prior to any action being taken that would affect our rights. In this way we could work alongside the authorities to identify strategies that would minimise any negative impacts. These strategies may include volunteer projects, voluntary restraint or agreed TRO. However, if it became apparent that the partnership wasn’tproviding a fair resolution, then as a last resort legal advice may be taken and legal action considered. |
